  • For 1 bedroom, 25,00 €., IVA incuded per month
  • For 1 bedroom, 30,00 €., IVA incuded per month*

Other Important Information

One hour fee is 9,40 € + IVA, for work not classified plus travel costs, the minimum rate is 2 hours.

Commission for attracking guests (25% for each reservation)

When concluding a contract for Key Holder Service services, you must provide us with contacts - Repairman, Plumber, (House manager, if the property is located in an apartment building or in a closed urbanization).

  • If you don't have such contacts, Key Holder Service can offer its services, at that moment you can have no claims against the costs of the work.
  • In addition, you must assign all keys to the property (gate, front door, garage, pool, mailboxes and other common areas - if any).
